Description: This slender woman stands about 5'6". She wears a brown cloak and cross-gartered white stockings. Her hair is cut close to her head. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Avelina was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Slave Trader. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Description: This man likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized amethyst on his right hand. His white hair is singed and shortened. He has several tiny amethyst earrings on each ear.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Trym was born the youngest of three triplets. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To unite with his brother.

Description: This younger middle-aged man usually wears his pastel robe and has his kukri always slung over his shoulder, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His white hair has been sun bleached extensively. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Cory grew up listening to his father's many stories. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Cory and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wishes to resurrect an old love
