This amber eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Manfred hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his music career. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
