Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with feathered hat. Her chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.
Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Bookbinder profession.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She's also a talented Bookbinder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She wears a black vest and prefers tan and blue shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Her golden hair, when down, is lengthy. Her eyes are likewise brown.
Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.
History: Emma was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered poetry. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Description: 6'5" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his axe with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His red hair is cut short. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Lance was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Architect hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a Architect soon after.
Motivation: Further expansion of business.
