Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Nicholas hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Laborer and was forced into it by his family; and many dire rats want him driven away

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has worked as a Animal Trainer like her father before her.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and balancing her hectic life and new animal trainer responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
