Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a brown coat over a black low-cut shirt, and a deerstalker hat upon her head, and is pretty ugly. Her tied-back hair is brown. Her blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: She was born into a rich family. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has money and likes to spend it

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 6'1" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. She has a long red ponytail with little hanging trinkets. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.
History: Sarah hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with brown lining and desert motifs. Her silver hair is wavy and long. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her gray eyes.
Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.
History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: He wears tattered old clothes. He wears his white hair down. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: Percival was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Through the years after Percival was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Percival's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
