History: He comes from a rich western family. Through the years after Chad was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Chad's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
