She was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying north to reunite her family. She now owns her own business.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Avelina fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear
