History: Born in the east to a Bookbinder, Millicent learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Millicent grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Millicent. She tends to her Bookbinder job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. After months of barely getting by, Gilbert managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: Beatrice hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her writing career. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Beatrice grew up listening to her father's many stories. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Barkeep for hire.
