History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Layabout. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 3 years.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A freak accident while working with his Shepherd mother left him crippled. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: Agatha hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Agatha grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Agatha. Being a Soapmaker kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
