Description: The dark-skinned man stands 6'3" and is well dressed, constantly wearing a tan suit, grey shirt, and blue tie. His black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Blacksmith. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Balimaar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital.
