History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. Anne was born on a far northern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Spy. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She wants revenge against dire rats; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it

History: Juliana was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Miller. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Percival grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He then took over the family business and is one of the better Apothecary for hire.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and balancing his hectic life and new apothecary responsibilities is difficult

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
