Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: John was born the youngest of three triplets. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Her black hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Her fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears silk and lounges about seductively. He keeps his red hair in a pixie cut. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Dean's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Dean is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Dean was born with his mother's beautiful face. Dean liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

Description: This woman wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination, and sports empty pouches on her belt. She has dyed her greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Elysande was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Barkeep kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and a rival would like her out of the picture
