History: Born in the east to a Dyer, Jacoba learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Dyer. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Jacoba never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
