Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and wears a white costume with the symbols of the sun god on his torso. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He's also a talented Architect, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: To be a Architect again; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He dresses well, wearing grey shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. With bright auburn hair and a scraggly beard. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Theobald grew up listening to his father's many stories. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Description: This malnourished man sports white clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He has moderate length golden hair. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He is happy with his job as a Armorer. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.
History: John lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He tends to his Armorer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Armorer and was forced into it by his family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Being a Bookbinder kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
