History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Through the years after Reynard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Reynard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. After coming to the age of reason, Charles took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion
