Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Balimaar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Balimaar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Balimaar. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered painting. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
