History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Simon was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Fortune-teller. He has worked as a Fortune-teller like his father before him.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. The war was a terrible time for her, and Avelina does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Avelina was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A freak accident while working with her Seamstress father left her crippled. After months of barely getting by, Avelina managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light pastel in addition to tight pants. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are likewise hazel.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Dean was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Dean's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.
