Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a blue coat over a black low-cut shirt, and a wide-brimmed hat upon his head. His head has been shaved. He has a dull look in his hazel eyes.

Personality: Kody is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Kody was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortbow.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He uses divination through singing.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Roger was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Matilda fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears a robe, a symbol of strength around her neck, and a halberd on her belt, and a wedding ring on her right hand. Her hair is red and very short. Her green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. After a long history of fighting, Heather and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and to unite with her brother
