History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Sarah embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He got into the Carter business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Carter. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She prefers to wear flannel. Her moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: She got into the Performer business at a young age. Her childhood dream was to be a Spy, but she was a colossal failure. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 15 years.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.
