Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Diggory alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Miner. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and retire the richest man in the north

Description: This eastern man typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep tan leather and dull blue iron scale mail. His clothes are grease stained in places. He keeps his silver hair in a flapper bob. His hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Through the years after Kody was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Kody's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
