History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her parents enrolled her in a Paladin school at a young age so that she could practice her necromantic talents. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Engraver work with an outfit from a few towns over. Engraver work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
