Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. After coming to the age of reason, Mary took it upon herself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was granted divine powers by her dying sister.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. Her golden hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her ears are large.
Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.

Description: She likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. She has a long brown ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her eyes are a pleasant green.
Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She feeds upon the attention of others.
History: Cecily was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Beggar hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: Seeks redemption.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and many drow want her driven away
