Description: A pudgy woman standing about 5'5" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She is wearing a long, white cloak. Her hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. Her green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Hadwisa is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: Hadwisa was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. A freak accident while working with her Weaver father left her crippled. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Description: This exceptionally lanky man is typically in his Barkeep uniform. He wears a colorful flower in his chestnut hair. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: He was born in a small plains village. His childhood dream was to be a Blacksmith, but he was a colossal failure. He struck the Barkeep job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: She very much looks the part of a Fletcher, and she perpetually has her rapier ready. Her black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.
Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is a great chef.
History: Sarah lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Fletcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fletcher work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has worked as a Fletcher like her mother before her.
Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers.

Description: He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light grey in addition to tight pants. He carries with him a set of quarterstaffs on his belt, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. He wears a top hat to cover his moderate length blonde hair. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gerald grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gerald. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption
