History: Heward hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting brigands, the young Heward began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
