History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Giselle was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Giselle's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Giselle and her spouse have recently divorced.
