Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat, marred by sweets. He is bald on top and has large chestnut tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He worked as a nervous Butcher and found it very stressful. He became a Butcher soon after.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing his hectic life and new butcher responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: John was born the youngest of three triplets. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: She wears long strands of opal and short grey dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. She carries a battered lance and tarnished hand crossbow as well. She has a long chestnut ponytail with little hanging trinkets. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Money/treasure.

Description: He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He carries a battered hand crossbow and tarnished shield as well. He keeps his white hair in a flapper bob. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Doctor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
