History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He bought a hammer and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: This man wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His black hair, when down, is lengthy. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Lance took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up hand crossbow and armor he uses now. He bought a hand crossbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
