History: Charles lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears dull white sweaters, loose pastel pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed monstrous two handed axe, just in case. His brown hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears a tan shirt, with a blue mid length shorts with blue tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His brown hair is cut short. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Bather. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Bather. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.
