History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and yellow, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her head has been shaved. Her eyes are brown and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her parents were killed by drow in a raid when she was still a young child. The drow captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Ella was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: Many drow want her driven away.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Thomas grew up listening to his mother's many stories. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a Dyer soon after.
