History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gilbert grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gilbert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

This search led him directly into Scribe work with an outfit from a few towns over. Scribe work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Scribe job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Adelaide and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.
