History: Peter hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She moved out west to avoid the crime she committed. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
