History: She comes from a rich western family. She always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Navigator. The war was a terrible time for her, and Millicent does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. She worked as a nervous Navigator and found it very stressful. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Navigator for hire.
