When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Geoffrey is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Geoffrey was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: She is an attractive woman, lean and moderately muscular. She wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. Her auburn hair, when down, is lengthy. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Slave Trader born in the past three hundred years. Hadwisa is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She tends to her Slave Trader job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and wants to raise her children well

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Engraver. He tends to his Engraver job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Engraver responsibilities is difficult; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
