After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He's also a talented Map Maker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. Charles enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Sellsword kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and balancing his hectic life and new sellsword responsibilities is difficult

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. Recently the stress of being a Mason has made it difficult for her to sleep.
