Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Ernest lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.
