He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Adelard grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he has a crush on the local stableman

History: Born to a Engraver, his father struggled to pay the bills. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a chocolate of some kind. He wears an entirely tan suit with red socks and a vest with buckled shoes, marred by chocolates. He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. His violet eyes peer out from beneath his feathered tan hat.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He was born into a rich family. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: He sports white clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his greatsword, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. With a patchy golden beard and wild golden hair. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady hazel eyes.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Richard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Richard. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.
