When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ploughman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Gunter lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Williamina grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and wants to work out more often

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She's also a talented Adventurer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
