History: Williamina was raised in a hard working conservative environment. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
