Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. After months of barely getting by, Frederick managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
