Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He sports a flattop hair cut. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he has money and likes to spend it

His black hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. Her tied-back hair is golden. Her hazel eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of drow.
