History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Chad was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Chad's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and he wants revenge against giants

History: She was born in the east. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is her passion; and to reunite with her old friends
