One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is an amazing painter.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she is greedy

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he sports green clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His tied-back hair is auburn. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Adam wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Adam is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.
