Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Born in the east to a Bounty Hunter, Tim learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bounty Hunter for the past few years.
