History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born in the west to a Baker, Hadwisa learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. A freak accident while working with her Doctor father left her crippled. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Ostracized due to the divine powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
