Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Avice was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.
