Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Ruler born in the past three hundred years. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Juliana grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Juliana. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Ruler for the past few years.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
