Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Ruler business.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Theobald was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Ruler. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: This man loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Map Maker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She receives visions of the future at random moments

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Jacoba reached her early adolescence her Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.
