History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Eloise was orphaned to a temple shortly after her birth. She was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above herself and to hold her god always in her heart. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. Some 9 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Maynild never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
