History: Everard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Seamstress hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Everard never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: Aline was born the youngest of three triplets. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and her religion dominates her actions

History: Matilda lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Shoemaker, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

History: Jacoba was born the youngest of three triplets. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
