Description: He wears dull tan sweaters, loose pastel pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed quarterstaff, just in case. His hair is blonde and very short. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Charles liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

She wears her hair in dreadlocks. Her amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Fletcher born in the past three hundred years. She plays an instrument quite well.
History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 9 years.

Description: She is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by her earthly robes., and she perpetually has her shield ready. Her hair is short and auburn. Her gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her parents enrolled her in a Paladin school at a young age so that she could practice her martial talents. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Oriel fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south.

Description: She dresses like a well dressed Fisher does. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her shortbow, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. She has a very tight haircut. Her brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Fisher business.
History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Fisher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fisher work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Fisher responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern
